Madurai Medical College has trained numerous medical doctors with international recognition in the last seven decades . The "GOVERNMENT RAJAJI HOSPITAL" is a 2200+ beded , teritary care hospital affiliated to Madurai medical college which treats on an average 8500 patients daily OPD basis .

After Completing his undergraduate Programme in Medicine , Dr. Anupam Khandelwal pursued a 3 year Post graduate medical programme in Orthopedics & Traumatology from Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Medical College (MGMMC ), Indore. He received degree of Master of Surgery in Orthopedics on completion of the programme MGM Medical college, Indore is the most prestigious educational institutions of the Central India and has been training Doctors since 1948.

To gain further knowledge in the field of Joint Replacement Surgeries , Dr. Anupam Khandelwal learnt under Minimal Invasive Joint Replacement Surgery fellowship programme in Mumbai . During this programme he worked in various Private hospitals of Mumbai like Breach Candy Hospital , Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital and Research Centre , Mumbai , The P. D. Hinduja National Hospital and Medical Research Centre , Bombay Hospital , etc.

FIASM, Germany Fellowship in Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine

To learn the world class techniques and instrumentation in the filed of Arthroscopy and Sports Medicine , Dr. Anupam Khandelwal travelled to Germany to pursue a Arthroscopy & Sports Medicine Fellowship Programme . He learnt about various arthroscopic surgeries of Knee and Shoulder and management of sports related injuries and trauma. Germany medical techniques and technology are world renowned.

FIRJRS , Germany Fellowship in Revision Joint Replacement Surgery

The field of Medicine is ever changing with newer developments taking every day.

In order to stay updated , Dr. Anupam Khandelwal is keen to continuously work and learn from various world renowned surgeons and hospitals in the world.

In 2019 , he pursued another fellowship programme in the field of Revision Joint Replacment Surgeries from 'The Helios-ENDO Klinik ' , Hamburg(German ). He trained under a team of 25+ arthroplasty surgeons headed by the world renowned arthroplasty surgeon Prof. Dr. Thorsten Gherke.

Dr. Anupam Khandelwal presented a research paper on Knee Replacement Surgery in the year 2016 at Genewa , Switzerland
